While creating exhibitor booths, follow these steps to add a live session and add moderators to an expo booth.

Step 1: Under 'video provider' select session (this will enable the live session feature)

Step 2: Live sessions can be moderated. Moderators must be signed up to the event, prior to being added as a moderator. To add moderators, select 'invite moderators', start typing their name, and select the moderator.

Moderators are able to accept and remove speakers into/from the session.

Moderators won't be able to access their sessions before the event starts. As an organizer, you can create a test event (or duplicate the original event), change the date to current, and allow moderators to access and test.
