Our virtual 1-on-1 networking and cocktail tables are two great ways for like-minded people to meet and mingle at your event. Now that you're more familiar with our networking features, we can dive right in to our 1-on-1 networking feature.
Our 1-on-1 networking matches your event attendees in one of two ways:
Ticket Based Matching: For example, you can set student ticket types to match with teacher ticket types.
Note: Whichever matching option you choose, attendees will be able to match and meet only once. This was done to ensure that each attendee would have the chance to find as many matches as possible, instead of repeatedly finding someone they already met with.
However, we know that for multiple-day events or any other reasons, you may need to allow you attendees to match again. Here's how you can do that:
Head to your event in Balloon Manager and select the 'Networking' tab.
In the Networking Settings page shown below, you'll be able to choose meeting durations, add a sponsor to the networking area, and choose random or ticket based matching:
You can click the 'Clear Matches' button and attendees will be able to find and get matched again with the same people.
Note: When you clear matches in networking settings, all analytics relating to 1-on-1 networking will also be cleared.
We hope you enjoy your networking features!
