Hosting your event on Balloon, an all-in-one platform, eliminates the confusion and hassle that attendees face when using multiple platforms to access different components, including registration and ticketing.

As an organizer, you can set up different ticket types and choose their amounts, prices, validity dates, and whether they are public or hidden (ticket link will be provided). Tickets are then listed on your event's registration page, where users can buy tickets, register and create a Balloon profile, and be ready to attend your event in minutes.

However, you can use a third-party registration system instead, and still easily reflect all your attendees and their information onto Balloon. Here's how:

Access your event on Balloon Manager and click the Registrations tab as shown below:

You can then upload your registration list by clicking Upload in the Registrations page. These users will get an email from us, informing them that they have registered to attend and asking them to create a Balloon profile to access your event with.


  1. You need to publish your event if you wish to upload a list of attendees.

  2. The list should be in a .csv file (a downloadable format is available).

  3. You can upload up to 10,000 registration per file.

  4. It may take a few minutes for the uploads to be processed and reflected in the list.
