Building and editing event content, including adding images, is done from Balloon Manager. We've provided the dimensions that will best suit each image slot and optimize it's appearance in your online event with us.

Both the minimum width in px and resulting dimension ratio required for the image in your event on Balloon is provided as show below:

After uploading your images onto Balloon Manager, click preview to check how they would look like in your event and if their dimensions are correct:

You can also use Canva to create images and quickly edit their dimensions.
