Whether you're attending, speaking, or organizing an event in Balloon, you'll need to select your audio and video device so that people can see and hear you at the event or backstage, before the event .
You will need to give browser permissions for Balloon to access your AV devices and make sure your camera and microphone setting are set to Allow as shown below:
Balloon is accessible through Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
However, third-party extensions can sometimes block certain interface elements and affect AV experience. Try accessing the event in Incognito Mode, Private Tab, or Private Browsing, depending on the browser you're using.
After you've given Balloon the relevant browser permissions, create your backstage. Once you enter backstage, you will get a pop-up window asking you to configure your AV settings.
Always remember to test your AV settings with others backstage to make sure you are clearly seen and heard before the event begins.
